I've really enjoyed my first few weeks here. Actually I was pleased before I moved in. The representative Launnee Symes made me feel very welcome and she has answered many of my continuous questions. Anne has also been very wonderful and helpful. I'm very happy being here and I strongly advise to anyone that is looking for a place to live, to join the Fairstone community.

If someone asked me what's like living at Fairstone, I would tell them that the apartments are kept very clean. The service provided by the leasing office is great! Laney has always been a great help to us! There's such a large amount of amenities, like the free tanning! The maintenence is quick and fixes things right away! The apartments hold heat so well! I hardly ever have to turn my heat on! The view from my apartment is amazing! It's quiet, with the river right next to my building! I would definitely recommend Fairstone!

If you like pets, it rocks. Gotta watch for the poop, but bags are available for residents. Nice and close to the parkway. Noise can be an issue...but it IS an apartment, it is hard when others don't realize that, haven't noticed much "next door" noise, just upstairs. Parking is a pain sometimes, have to pay for carports, not enough lighting outside in the parking lot in the carports ok, but any other parts of the parking lot could use a LOT more, would be a problem going into apartments on the bottom floor though if there was good lighting, the lighting in the halls is fine. No free (on the balcony or something) storage. It is nice that garages are available, but they are a little pricey. Not really close to anything to do/places to eat etc, just one little place nearby, but it is $$. Nothing really in walking distance. The amenities rock, movie night especially. Really nice people at the clubhouse. Well taken care of lawns & flowers, HOWEVER...unfortunately the ground is clay so it is lumpy and hard to walk sometimes. Roots of the trees are above ground in places as well. There are areas that collect water (near the lower floor bushes, a few holes in grass) water way too much (multiple times per night)

Nice, they offer several amenities that I don't see at many places.

Convenient off of the freeway. Clean complex and beautiful landscaping.

Apartments are well taken care of, if you ever need anything, everyone in the office is very helpful and maintenance persons come very quickly. The grounds are kept clean and trash free. Have had any major problems with any of the other tenants, feel safe living here.

Great deals, friendly staff and beautiful place.

It's nice resident and it feels safe to live here. Its quite and cozy. My husband and I have had issues with the central air leaking we had maintaince come in and fix it 3 times and finally they had to rebuild the pipes to they we're helpful int he end with that. Only real complaint is the rent takes a bit to be mailed out so your not sure until the last min how much you need to pay. Over all though we really do love living here and I have never felt more welcomed or safe the staff members are always so very nice and welcoming to us.

it is wonderfull the office employees are always willing to help you with any problem you might be having and the maintence workers are always prompt and do a great job with there repairs
